Remove «Read AI» from account Zoom Apps

I’m currently working on a project where I need to programmatically download meeting transcripts (.vtt files) using Zoom’s API. The issue usually occurs during the process of a user joining a session when the host ends the session. There is indeed a scenario where the meeting is ended, which is unrelated to the client.init method but rather to the client.join method. I am having the same issue for the exception it is not showing up in my apps I am trying to remove this app from my Zoom account, but am struggling to find the “Apps on Account” tab/page.

  • You can require both, either or neither.
  • I took a look and can’t find the reference to the error in the template you shared.
  • Also for the Restrict Participant access thread, the links have been broken with the new updates to the Zoom site.
  • When call client.join(meetingId, token, userName, passcode) will create new meeting session instead.
  • The user would not be able to join the meeting.

The Join Token allows you to join meetings without authentication requirements, but it will fail when “require authentication to join” is enabled (as you’ve seen with error code 23) Zak token is to join a meeting on behalf of a user right.? I really appreciate the historical context and background information you provided about HTTP clients, redirects, and how the handling of passwords and tokens has evolved over time. This error suggests that despite passing the download_access_token, there’s still a permissions issue tied to the host role. Read.ai has appeared in multiple of our meetings and I am being forced to manually deny it.

Recording wasn’t created & cannot be found

Registration and meeting authentication are two separate settings and are not dependent upon one another. This can be enabled by meeting and not for the whole account? The user would not be able to join the meeting.

Meeting join token not working in zoom meeting linux sdk

There are many threads and support articles on this. They have asked us to help make the meetings more secure so that students can’t share links to their friends who have not paid for the class. DescriptionWe have created a Zoom solution that allows our customers (fitness businesses) to create virtual classes. Thank you for your prompt reply.Do you know if support for retrieving AI Call Summaries via Server-to-Server OAuth (account-level) is available now, or if it might be on the roadmap for future updates?

Zoom Meeting API – Zoom Developers

  • Please create it for a scheduled meeting via the web portal.
  • Is the purpose of join-token option in sdk is to allow a bot to a meeting with mandatory login option enabled.?
  • I created a support ticket on your behalf to remove Read AI from your account.
  • I want the bot to join independently, not behalf of a user.
  • @elisa.zoom should we update the api documentation I linked in OP as the curl command provided there does not work due to redirects?
  • It’s not showing up in our list of installed apps.
  • Can a ticket be created for me as well?

Would appreciate any insight into whether this functionality is available now or potentially on the roadmap. I’ve noticed that ai_call_summary_id appears in the call log details, but I can’t find any documented endpoint to retrieve the summary content itself.

Join meeting error after host ends the session

How to resolve this error and what I’m doing wrong here.? Thanks again for taking the time to share your expertise with the community here, your efforts are truly appreciated! After reading your response, I took another look at the curl man page and discovered that while the -L flag allows curl to follow redirects, I actually needed to use the –location-trusted option instead.
I’ve read through this disturbing thread and realize that we can’t figure out how to get rid of it, either. Can you please open a ticket for me? It is concerning that this could happen so easily to many people, come on Zoom! I also don’t have the app in my Zoom settings.
Made sure my mobile data is turned on and working (other apps like YouTube and Instagram work fine). I’ve been having this frustrating issue with Zoom lately, and I’m hoping someone can help me out. Can someone help me with the issue? Hi @thendral.d can you please share how you creating the meeting via API?

In contrast, The ZAK token is necessary to join as an authenticated user, especially when mandatory login is enforced With only Client ID, Client Secret, and the meeting URL I am getting error My suggestion here would just be to omit any kind of join reveryplay casino token in your config.toml, and instead just provide your Client ID, Client Secret, and the meeting URL that you want to join. This will allow you to start a meeting and join authorization-required meetings too @elisa.zoom should we update the api documentation I linked in OP as the curl command provided there does not work due to redirects? This flag ensures the Authorization header is passed along when following the redirect, which resolves the issue with downloading files from Zoom.

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated—I really need Zoom to work on mobile data for my meetings on the go. When I create a meeting through zoom ui, I can see the survey at the end of the meeting. I create a meeting using api and enabled survey in settings. For your bot to join a meeting with this setting, you must use a ZAK token alongside the JWT, not just the Client ID, Client Secret, and meeting URL. Is the purpose of join-token option in sdk is to allow a bot to a meeting with mandatory login option enabled.? @amanda-recallai It didn’t work as in the meeting setting I have enabled “require authentication to join” option for the meeting that my bot is trying to join .
I never signed up with Read.ai so I can’t go to that account to disable it. And it still says it was invited by one of our internal users. So, blocking Read.AI worked if we are the ones that run the meeting. Has anyone else faced this issue? Checked for Zoom app updates—it’s up to date.
